There are many time tested ways that organisations are trying to ensure the values which it stands for, are accepted. However, in an era of the millennials, perhaps we might want to introspect our ways.
Culture is not a decorative piece but something that we believe in irrespective of the diversity because it cannot be copied but valued.
In my view, there are four key elements that stand out to make a great ‘Organisational culture’:
